1: Install inner wear plate.
(Note: oblong shape only fits one way)

2: Inner wear plate installed. (Make sure it's seted on floor of pump housing)

3: Add Lube.
(Thin coating of Grease or Soap)
|
4: Install impeller as normal
|
5: Install O-Ring as normal.
(helpful hint: glue o-ring inplace with hytach or equivalent)
|
6: Install spacer plate. (Note: it only goes on one way)
|
7: Install Gasket.
(Note: it only goes on one way)
|
8: Install outer wear plate.
|
9: Install Gasket.
|
10: Apply thin layer of silicone to groved area on the outer pump housing.
|
11: Install outer pump housing with longer bolts included with kit.
|
12: Place modified mounting bracket on pump making sure bolt closest to the pulley fits. If not, additional material must be removed.
